At the fully mechanized coal face, because a variety of external factors, resulting into a frame shift action hydraulic support group inconsistency problems occur seriously affecting the fully mechanized coal face support the safety and reliability, resulting in the presence roof fall and other safety hazards, which restricts mechanized mining efficiency. This article by a group action hydraulic support frame shift inconsistencies as a starting point, raised by the displacement, pressure feedback method of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system to improve and expand research.In this paper, lot of information, literature, based on AMESim simulation software through the application of systems analysis and draw hydraulic support groups led to shift the main factors frame the action inconsistent problems:First, supply and return hydraulic circuit flow, pressure loss, two pressure difference is due to the inferior vena column face different pressures caused by roof. The influence of different factors on the critical loop hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system improvements, namely the displacement feedback, pressure feedback loop goes on, the column circuit improvements to achieve closed-loop control. On the basis of the principle of the full analysis, a mathematical model of electro-hydraulic control system for hydraulic support key elements of the main loop, the application of a single frame AMESim were established and a group simulation model and the feedback loop goes pillar loop and set up multiple basic set of different aircraft types, different systems and different working pressures of external parameters such as the working conditions of a group of hydraulic support improved simulation study and validation, obtained the improved hydraulic support group with feedback loop goes in a different location displacement at the speed characteristic curve, and the group has improved feedback loop pressure hydraulic support column at different locations, flow, displacement, velocity characteristic curve; and will become the group goes feedback loop circuit and column combination, system analysis to verify application displacement feedback, pressure feedback loop goes on, respectively, the column circuit to improve rationality. Through the above results show that the electro-hydraulic control system critical loop improved hydraulic support groups to meet the requirements of the consistency of action for solving this problem provides a theoretical foundation and reference value.
