In this paper the properties of fly ash material basis, developed a newsolidification material, and characteristics are studied by experiments on fly ash cement andcementitious slurry curing agent, the optimum formula was obtained respectively. And thedevelopment of a suitable for field application of fly ash ground pulp, through the pipelineto the underground, gelling curing agent after filling to downhole operation point aftercuring plugging roadway fly ash solidification filling system and a perfusion process add.Through field application in Datong coal mine group the Yungang Mine, realized8617working face after rapid closure of roadway sealed work, effectively prevents the goafspontaneous combustion, guarantee the smooth mining.
