| The traditional engineering analogy was used when NO.4seam roadwaysupporting in Jiangjiahe coal mine. It has great blindness of selecting supporting formand deigning supporting parameters. Unsafe hidden danger of present supportingmethod was found in production practice. It often has the phenomenon of roof cavingin the seam roadway. The lives of coal miners were suffering from serious threaten, itis bad for safety production. Based on the description above, the research of NO.4seam roadway supporting technology is necessary, in order to ensure the stability ofroadway surrounding rock and safety production.On the basis of geology geomechanics analysis, roof rock coringã€roof peepingã€broken rock circle measure, anchor cable force measuring were implemented athaulage gate and rail crossheading of the NO.ZF1408and NO.ZF1410coal face. Theexisting physical and mechanical parameters of Jiangjiahe coal mine were combined,surrounding rock structure and mechanical properties and roadway strata b ehaviorregularity were revealed in the mining roadway from different aspects. Reliabledesign basis of the support parameters of coal mine roadways was provided by theanalysis of field test data in Jiangjiahe coal mine.Different supporting schemes were proposed by analysising plastic zonedistribution and stress distribution and vertical displacement of roadway surroundingrock with Flac3d numerical simulation software. Scientific and rational supportingmethod was determined by technical and economic comparison. It was applied atNO.ZF1410haulage gate. The supporting method was timely modified by deep basicpoint displacement monitoring the bed separation of roadway’s sides and roof. |
