| It is important to mine coal effectively and safely as our main energy source.However,in recent years,coal resources in shallow and middle regions have gradually failed to meet the needs of economic development,so the mining of deep coal resources is particularly critical.With the increasing of mine depth,the geological conditions of roadway excavation become more and more complicated,and the stable control of deep roadway deformation becomes a big problem.The mining roadway needs to face the influence of side coal pillar and soft rock around the goaf,which further increases the difficulty of stable support of deep mining roadway with thick coal seam.The mining roadway of 3306 working face in thick coal seam area of a coal mine in Shandong Province is seriously deformed and broken.After repeated repair,the roadway deformation has not been stabilized,which threatens the safe operation of coal mining and reduces the mining efficiency.Aiming at the roadway support problem of a coal mine in Shandong Province,this paper carried out optimization research on the support technology,analyzed the deformation and failure characteristics of deep mining roadway of thick coal seam,and proposed a scheme of combined support of high-strength bolt and prestressed anchor cable for mining roadway of3306 working face with the main goal of giving full play to the self-supporting ability of surrounding rock.With the help of FLAC3 D software of geotechnical 3D analysis and mine geological exploration parameters,the geological model of 3306 working face is established to simulate and calculate the deformation of roadway,the deformation of anchor bolt and cable,the stress distribution and the distribution of plastic zone.The simulation results were analyzed,and the optimal support scheme of 3306 working face mining roadway was optimized from the perspective of safety and cost,so as to ensure the safety of mine production,reduce the repeated maintenance cost of roadway,reduce the labor intensity of workers,and alleviate the tense situation of mine production,mining and connection,providing a reference for the support design of similar types of roadway. |
