The21-14050fully mechanized working face of Quandian coal mine belonged tolarge dip angel, thick coal seam, according to the specific geological conditions ofworking face, Analysis the roof breaking rules in the inclined direction and supportstability control measures during the process of miming the working face. In theinclined direction of the with working face, roof form “incline masonry beam”structure, in the lower part, mainly the “stable inclined masonry beam” structure,structural characteristics is the masonry block is large,and the masonry structural isstable, the masonry block can form a stable joint structure,and the fractures zone issmall; The upper part of the working face roof form “unstable masonry beam”structure, structure characteristics is the masonry block is small, masonry beamstructure is not stable, the block is easy to sliding leading the structure instability, andthe fracture zone is large. The structure of the working face roof is asymmetry. Theroof stability in the inclined direction is influenced by the angel of the coal seam,with the increase of the angle, the stability of the “unstable masonry beam” isdecrease in the upper part of the working Face the roof is more difficult to control;While the lower part, the roof stability of “stable masonry beam” is more stable, roofis easy to control.In the upper part of the working face, the support under the “unstable masonrybeam” easy dumping with the masonry block sliding, and the stability of the supportis less then the support under the “stable masonry beam”. Build the support slidingand dumping model, analysis the influence factors of support, propose the controltechnology of the support, mainly to improve the support resistance, sliding advanceof support, improving the integrity of the roof, reduced the floor damage effect on thestability of support. And calculate the proper resistance of the support is8673kN inQuandian coal mine, and the initial supporting force is5548kN. Building the coal wallcaving model of the Quandian coal mine, the cave style of the Quandian Coal mine isshear failure, put forward the control technology, including improve the supportresistance and initial supporting force, and coal wall water injection technology.Through practice, support working character is good, Support resistance is inincreasing state, Benefit for the support to support the roof,the support state in goodcondition, Take the coal wall water injection technology to control the coal wallcaving, the coal wall spalling degree and probability have been effectively controlled.
