High neck flange sealed roll forming technology is a highly efficient near net shapetechnology which use of ring rolling machines that produce ring wall thinning, enlargeddiameter plastic processing technology. Compares with the traditional flange casting and theforging method processing craft, the high neck flange sealed rolling forming has the energyconservation, the nodal wood, the efficiency higher merit. Adapt to the requirements for saving,low carbon society in the new century and it has great application value and broad marketprospects.This article based on the ring rolling theory, which has carried on the theoretical analysisand the value simulation to the high neck flange sealed rolling forming process. Depth study ofthe high neck flange sealed of the biting conditions rolling, forging through conditions, stiffnessconditions and obtained rolling process parameters. Studied the mechanics and kinematics in theprocess of the high neck flange closed rolling conditions, established the high neck flange closedrolling groove mechanical condition and kinematics equations. According to the ring rollingtheory, which has designed the high neck flange sealed rolling craft parameter and established adesign method of blank and roller size design. According to the high neck flange sealed rollingforming principle of work, took the DEFORM software as the simulation tool and establishedthe high neck flange sealed rolling finite element model. Based on several different structure sizeof blank finite element simulation, Then studied the blank size and roller size effect on therolling forming. Through the high neck flange closed rolling forming process of finite elementsimulation, obtained from the simulation results of the temperature field, stress field and strainfield. Studed on roller sizes on the effect of high neck flange sealed rolling forming. Analyzedthe force parameters and the movement parameters in the process of the high neck flange closedforming, and gave the reasonable value range of the drive roller speed and core roller of feedingspeed. To study the high neck flange closed rolling process of ring internal laws of metal flowand deformation of end face spread. Studied the driving roller speed and core roller feedingspeed on the influence of the rolling force and rolling moment. Using orthogonal design methodfor high welding neck flange closed rolling motion parameters and rolling temperature to test. Through orthogonal experiment analyzes the influence factors of the high neck flange. Obtainedfrom the experimental results of core roller feeding speed, the driven roller speed and the rollingtemperature on the relationship between the ovality.In this paper, a high neck flange sealed roll forming research for improving the processparameters of high neck flange design, improve product quality and production efficiency,improve the high neck flange rolling theory and it has some scientific and practical value.
