In recent years, with the progress of science and technology in the machinerymanufacturing precision machining and automation technique application rangewidening, requirements of the parts’ machining accuracy becomes more and higher andhigher. The high requirement will bring a new problem that the burrs in machining,however, it is a really important problem which we have to face. There would be muchtrouble in subsequent processing, assembling, transportation and installation because ofthe burrs. So, it’s pretty necessary to improve the productivity of the machining systemand the accuracy, reduce the processing costs and make deep research on the generatedmechanism of metal burr and its inhibition technology.According to the project of the TISCO about the burr, make some deep researchand analysis about the strip burr. With the using technology of digital3d modeling,virtual assembly technology of CAD, finite element method and virtual prototype, disgna new machine named DD600/1300deburring machine.On the basis of the working condition and material properties, design a kind ofhigh quality, efficient, automated deburring equipment,DD600/1300deburring machinewhich utilizes the method of mechanical cutting. And then do some relevant mechanicalanalysis on the main parts of the DD600/1300deburring machine’s by using thefinite element analysis software Solidworks Simulation. Moreover, use the computeraided software to simulate the working process of the machine and make the scenedebugging.Create a new combination algorithm which is organically combined the geneticalgorithm, BP neural network and the gray theory algorithm, and then use the newcombination algorithm to predict the metal burr.Do some relevant analysis on the regular burr phenomenon after the circle shear,discuss the influence on the quality of the strip edge by the lateral clearance and coincidence degree of the circle shear, especially on influence burr. In addition, givesvalue range of the lateral clearance and coincidence degree.The deburring machine now runs normally and the result of removing the burr is asexpected.
