St14/304combines the dual advantages of composite sheetswith304stainless steel St14, it can display its extremely important role in the field ofaerospace, aviation, shipbuilding, petrochemical, and other fields.There are many deep drawing process research about St14with304stainless steel,but not yet access to relevant reports St14/304composite sheets deep drawing process, themain reason is that is still in the research stage of preparation St14/304composite board athome and abroad.Solid Granule Medium Forming Technology, referred to as SGMF. It is in the use ofsolid particles instead of rigid media and other soft punch die stamping process. Thepunch structure is extremely simple process, strong friction beneficial between punch andplate, mold life long, seal simple and effective, uneven distribution of the internal pressure.The above advantages make the process particularly suitable for complex cross-sectionalshape and a low ductility of the specimen shape.In this paper, in the drawing process of composite sheets cylindrical parts SGMF, bymeans of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, experimental study of thecombination of means,we analysis the blank space, slab dimensions, granular medialoading volume, composite sheets laminated composite plate order of stress, strain state,thickness distribution as well as drawing force of impact. Specific tasks include: EstablishSt14/304composite sheets cylindrical parts SGMF drawing process plasticity model;in-depth study of stress and strain state of composite flange area, stress force transmissionarea and the bottom of the deformation zone, and derive the maximum radial tensile stressformula of composite sheets; by numerical simulation of composite sheets cylindricalparts SGMF drawing process, we study specifically blank space, slab dimensions, loading volume, stack order of deep drawing process sheet thickness distribution, deep impactforce, etc.; By experimental method to study the blank space, slab dimensions, stack orderof drawing sheet metal to forming process rupture, forming height. The simulation resultswere compared with experimental results shows that composite sheets contoured parts,thickness distribution, rupture in good agreement. And under conditions of blank spaceBHG=1.15t0, drawing speed0.5mm/s, good friction coefficient, we successfully preparedcylindrical part of tensile ratio1.75, the limit height47.5mm.
