TC1,TA15titanium alloy has many advantages such as high specific strength, creep resistance,corrosion resistance and good weldability, and it has been widely utilized on aerospace engine.However, considering the lack of available data of the thermal formability, there is still nocomprehensive and integrated research, so the study on the hot formability of titanium alloy sheethas important significance value.Tensile tests of TC1and TA15titanium alloy sheets metal have been taken at differentconditions, the true stress-strain curve, the index of basic forming ability, such as yield strength,tensile strength, elasticity modulus and r value, constitutive equations of TC1and TA15titaniumalloy have been obtained. Microscopic structure of the deformed sheets under different temperaturehas been studied.Cold forming and hot forming of the indicator of stamping formability of TC1and TA15titanium alloy sheets metal such as limit drawing ratio, cup drawing value, minimum relativebending radius and taper cup value were obtained. With results of the determinate elementnumerical simulation, the FLD dates were obtained by tensile tests and using high pressure gasblown up test.Based on database technology, the thesis redevelops Dynaform database by using MicrosoftSQL Server2008software,in order to improve aviation engine data system to provide support forthe finite element simulation and engineering applications. Through secondary developmentdatabase, the hot forming of cantrail capping part was simulated, and the verification tests weretaken. The simulation result has better tally with test result.
