Study On Management Problems Of Dinghu Mountain Nature Reserve Under The Background Of Interest Entity Diversification

With the development of economy and society, the destruction and the impact of humanactivities on the natural environment has become increasingly serious, thus the ecosystem isbecoming very fragile. In this case, the need to protect the ecological environment andbiological resources is growing strongly. As an important mean of protecting biodiversity, theestablishment of protected areas started to become an urgent move to protect the ecologicalenvironment for countries around the world. In1956, China founded Dinghu MountainNature Reserve in Zhaoqing, Guangzhou, which was the first nature reserve of our country.After that, Dinghu Mountain Nature Reserve began to develop the eco-tourism activities inthe circumstance of market economic. Thus the interest entity of Dinghu Mountain NatureReserve is showing a characteristic of diversification, conflicts and contradictions ofinterest among the interest entities are also emerging. These all put forward new requirementsto the management of government and nature reserve management organization.In this paper, using the methods of literature research, case studies and questionnairesurvey, based on the summary of research status and the related concept of home andabroad, the research significance, feasibility analysis and the present situation of DinghuMountain Nature Reserve is carried out. Then, combined with knowledge of interest entity,the interest entities of Dinghu Mountain Nature Reserve is analyzed and classified. Accordingto the analysis, the core interest entities of Dinghu Mountain Nature Reserve consistsof relevant government departments, Dinghu Mountain Nature Reserve managementbureau, the surrounding community residents, tourists，business people and enterprises. Onthis basis, combining the literature and questionnaire survey and also the information and datafrom field visits, the interest demands and conflicts of Dinghu Mountain Nature Reserve’score interest entities are analyzed. Finally, in view of the current situation of the interestconflicts between Dinghu Mountain nature Reserve’s interest entities, based on the presentsituation of the existing interest management, this paper offers recommendations from twosides. The first one is the management paths of different interest entities from the perspectiveof Zhaoqing government departments and Dinghu Mountain Nature Reserve bureau,suggesting the departments to clear their position and improve the interest managementsystem. Hoping to provide reference for the sustainable development of Dinghu MountainNature Reserve, and also promote China’s Nature Reserve management.
