During coal mining face group produce more CO sources,in most cases because ofspontaneous combustion of coal mined-out area of floating production,during normalproduction in the face of God East mine would often face high levels of CO,to forecast themined indicators of residual coal spontaneous combustion gases to determine the difficulty ofbringing a serious impact on production safety of the mine.This paper studies Bulianta as a typical ore mine,the first to use infrared spectroscopyexperiments,analyze results2-2layers of coal mine coal molecular surface active groups andanalyzed the pyrolysis process changes in these active groups. Second, the use of TG/DSC-FTIR-MS MS experiments,the samples of the coal pyrolysis gas infrared spectroscopy,known coal pyrolysis gaseous products are CO gas,the temperature ranges and differentamounts of CO gas generation rate different; by thermal gravimetric analysis of coal pyrolysisgas,coal samples obtained by DSC curve (differential scanning calorimetry) and TG curves(DTG curves) and curve analysis, coal samples obtained The critical temperaturecharacteristic temperature points,etc. points. Again through the coal sample spontaneouscombustion experiment,coal sample spontaneous combustion temperature programmedexperiments on the2-2seam coal oxidation under the experimental conditions characteristictemperature,the temperature of each stage generates gas,coal samples of different sizerelationship of CO formation rate. Again,combined with theoretical analysis and fieldobservations,draw seam group Gob pressure distribution of porosity and permeability,theestablishment of a physical goaf seepage field and mathematical models and correspondingmodel and its boundary conditions reasonable simplification. Using ANSYS software goafflow field numerical simulation results and adopt internal flow velocity distribution of COconcentration in the empty area,and then come to the CO migration law Gob. Finally,testanalysis and field observations,analyzes the main sources of CO distance seam group face asGob generated CO. This paper clarifies the sources and factors influencing CO gas,laid the foundation for the tower fill governance even mine CO,to protect the safety of mineproduction.
