According to the BaoDe coal mine 81306 fully mechanized caving face are studied Through field investigation and data collection.The paper analyzes the basic geological conditions,mining methods,gas sources and the reasons of gas overrun in upper corner.By reading the relevant literature and summarizing the previous research results,this paper analyzes and compares the existing methods of extracting gas from the upper corner.A method for controlling gas accumulation in upper corner of 81306 fully mechanized top coal caving face by pneumatic fan is put forward.Combined with the actual situation of the 81306 working face,the numerical simulation software Fluent was used to simulate the gas migration,airflow velocity and gas accumulation in the upper corner.In addition,the selection of fan model and the optimization of fan installation are optimized.According to the results of numerical simulation,the air blower is installed on the 81306 working face.Through the pneumatic fan installed before and after the analysis of the field data collection,and verified by gas and the feasibility of moving fan control 81306 fully mechanized caving face of gas accumulation in the upper corner,this method has a good effect,and has the advantages of safety,simple operation and low cost,the method has popularization value.At the same time,this paper gives a detailed description of the installation,use and maintenance of the fan.
