The mine hoister is charged with the important responsibilities of transportingmineral,material and staff in the mine,it is the hub to connect the mine,and is one of theimportant equipments in the mine,so the reliable working of the hoister can directly relatethe mine production and the of the personal security of the staff.The traditional hoister control system all adopted the way of contractor-relay tocontrol,no matter in the start,stop,speed control,brake and in logical control,there were manyquestions,operation complex,low efficiency,poor safety performance,these completely wentagainst the development of the mine,so research the hoister electric control system with thefunction of accurate control precision,good speed regulating performance,high reliabilitywill play a very important practical significance.Along with the continuous improvement ofPLC technology and computer technology,put the advanced computer combine PLCtechnology into use,transform the traditional elevator control system,will make thereliability,security,control performance and automation level of the mine hoister all begreatly improved.This paper analyzed the mine mechanical and electrical system development presentsituation of home and abroad,and aim at the backward status of the domestic elevatorcontrol system,from the aptitude,networked control way of the hoister,apply the field busand PLC to the hoister control system,first of all,analyze the whole network topology of thehoister,then using the Siemens Profibus-DP field bus control,communication for eachsystem,realize the networking of the elevator control system,and then introduce theintelligent control of hoister,including travel-speed control and fault diagnosis, afterestablishing the mathematical model of a given curve s-shaped speed,analyze the travelcontrol of the elevator and a given way for speed,get the stroke control algorithm,andcombining fuzzy control and PID control,design fuzzy PID controller of the elevator drivesystem,and in the designing of drive system PID controller,combine the intelligent andnetwork,use the main PLC in network system through Profibus-DP field bus,the drivingsystem of the given speed, stroke control actual speed of the system acquisition from the station,usingthe given speed and actual speed which PLC collected,program to realize fuzzy PIDcontrol,realize the intelligent control of elevator drive system;At the same time,simulate thespeed control system of hoister and fault diagnosis system in the Matlab simulation software,get fuzzy control structure of the drive system,membership function of the inputand output,fuzzy control rule,the result of rule viewer and surface viewer byprogramme,construct the speed control system simulation model in the Simulinksoftware,and compare the simulation results of the traditional PID control system and thefuzzy self-tuning PID control system,seen from the results,the fuzzy PID controlperformance more superior,more reliable;And,study the elevator fault diagnosis problems,and combine the hoister typical faultcharacteristics with the fuzzy expert system,realize the intelligent control of the elevatorfault diagnosis system,the fault reasons and sent to the main PLC network system forprocessing,use according to the intelligent control and network system;while for thesimulation of fault diagnosis,manually establish subordinate function,fuzzy control rules,get surface viewer,as can be seen from the experimental results,the correspondingrelationship between fault phenomenon and the cause of the problem and the conclusion offault diagnosis.
