According to the characters of the concentration process in Chinese Traditional Medicinal procedure, the paper introduces advanced control theory. Using intelligence control technology, such as neural network soft measures, fuzzy control, advanced sensor and network technique, build a three-level control system: integrated level, decision level, and execution level to control the main equipment Evaporator. Integrated level uses sensors collect dates of temperatures, pressure, density, liquid level and PH value. Decision level selects temperatures and pressure processes to meet production requirements. This system realizes consistency control to chemicals density in the concentrate process of traditional Chinese medicinal procedure.The multilevel control system bases on PLC and industry control computer, which is made up of high-quality periphery modules. The software, which uses the database, can share all of the information to reform whole information production. Otherwise, the paper takes some necessary modification design to equipments of process.This system implements intelligent integrated control system of the whole concentrate process. Without dependence of manual work, perfecting expert knowledge base, it enhances the automatic capability of Chinese medicinal procedure and assures the stability of the medicament's density.
