With the rapid development of the agricultural products processing in ourcountry, packaging machine has been gradually applied in the process of thetea production and processing.In order to improve the efficiency of packagingmachine, in the meantime, the engineering work’s high speed, precision andstability should be ensured. To promote engineering machinery intelligentlyand upgrade the networks, the study of continuous engineering equipmentwhich regards intelligent embedded system and CAN-bus communicationprotocol as the core is of great significance.In this paper, continuous type packaging machine is regarded as an objectof the research, the working principle and composition of actuator had beenanalyzed. And we also studied the improvements of mechanical actuator,embedded hardware system, software design, PC monitoring systemdevelopment and other fields.According to the design requirements and the applicable scope, this paperanalyzed its production process and compared and analyzed the core of thecontroller to the system and communication part selection scheme. Thendesigned the overall.In the part of the mechanical structure, the study aiming at the existingproblems of the packaging machine perform system systematically analyzedthe design and improvement of the key machinery such as feeding devices andsealing devices. The sealing device were based on the parameters of thetemperature control experiment, and try to draw the temperature data of thelining and the outer bag in the process of heat sealing, to provide a morescientific basis for control system design.In the part of hardware design, the study selected the embeddedmicro-controller processor STM32F103ZET6as the primarily controller, thendesigned and studied the relevant control system peripheral circuit ofcontinuous packaging machine,and draw the PCB. In the part of software design, the study set up the environment of softwaredevelopment which was on the hardware platform. Based on the μC/OS-Ⅱembedded system, the control algorithm was analyzed, and the lower machinecontrol system was designed modularly as well. On the strength of Windowssystem and VC++development platform, the CAN bus was adopted as thedata hub on PC connecting. Moreover, PC monitoring system interface hadbeen designed in this section.Finally, this paper illustrates the debugging and analyzing all of thefunctional module of the continuous type packaging machine. After thedebugging and experiment, it was proved that systematic communicating withthe upper machine is basic normal,can work continuous and stable. Thesystem satisfies the standards of design and lays a foundation for theperfection of further research work.
