In order to use the coking coal resources reasonably and improve the utilization rate of coking coal, this study chooses the two samples of slime of Coking Coal Preparation Plant in Linjiang,Jilin as the object of research. On the basis of analysis of the quality of slime, we make the traditional grinding-flotation process research and the feasibility study of pre-tailing process uses small cone angle hydrocyclones in the pretreatment process of coal slime.This article is a exploratory and confirmatory test on the optimization of grinding test, hydrocyclone separation effect and flotation test conditions. In the process of grinding-flotation, When the grinding time is10min, the content of0.074mm level is85%, the flotation effect of ball mill is best. The optimum conditions of flotation test were when the amount of diesel consumption is420g/t, sec-octyl alcohol is82g/t, and the pulp density is100g/L.In the test of pre-concentration discarding tailing-flotation of coal slime, Determine that optimum parameter of the cyclone were when the diameter of cyclone was Φ150mm, pulp density was10%. The ash of1st fine coal slime was divided into11.68%, and the yield of it is29.30%.Compared to the coal slime, the yield of direct flotation increased14.67%and ash lowered2.52%.The coal slime ash of2nd sample is14.47%and the yield is24.48%. Industrial test during production debugging, hydrocyclone separation overflow and underflow ash difference in6.00-10.00%, The ash difference of hydrocyclone overflow and underflow was6.00~10.00%,it plays a desliming separation effect in advance and achieves the narrow fraction flotation. These results help to reduce plant ash and the cost of production. And at the same time, the production process is more easily to be controlled.This article aims at the test of pre-tailing on slime of Coking Coal Preparation Plant in Yongan. It obtains good experiment results and related results not only improve economic efficiency of coal dressing plant, but also increase the returns-ratio of scarce coking coal resources.
