As the particle size composition of the raw coal selected by the coal preparation plant becomes finer and the lower limit of the large-scale gravity separation equipment is expanded,the effective removal of the high ash and fine sludge from the coarse slime is essential to reduce the ash content of the coarse clean coal.0.25mm-0.074 mm is the best particle size range for flotation.When the feed size is greater than 0.25 mm or less than 0.074 mm,the flotation efficiency will be reduced,resulting in the contamination of clean coal and coal with coarse and high ash fine sludge.A series of technical problems such as low ash and high calorific value of flotation tailings.Therefore,in the flotation process,the problem of strengthening the separation accuracy of fine and ultra-fine coal and reducing the ash content of the flotation clean coal needs to be solved urgently.In order to improve the quality and recovery rate of clean coal,it is necessary to further optimize the slime separation process,improve the separation and utilization effect of difficult-to-separate slime,and promote the maximum utilization of high-quality coking coal resources.Huozhou Coal and Electricity Group Co.,Ltd.Huipodi Coal Preparation Plant has continuously improved its ability to wash raw coal in recent years.At the same time,the fluctuation of underground coal quality has increased,which has exposed many problems in the existing process system of the coal preparation plant: TBS coarse slime The separation system is imperfect and the processing capacity is insufficient,and the original process design is two-product TBS,resulting in high ash content of the coarse slime.In addition,the processing capacity of the flotation system is insufficient.The medium gangue magnetic tail cyclone overflows with higher ash content,and the bottom flow arc sieve of the medium gangue magnetic tail cyclone cannot return to the flotation system and directly enter the tailings thickener.As a result,the ash content of the tailings slime is low,which cannot meet the group company's goal of "abandoning" the tailings slime.The conventional shallow trough flotation machine has poor selectivity for high-ash fine sludge and low separation accuracy,resulting in high ash content of the flotation cleaned coal and low comprehensive cleaned coal recovery rate,which cannot achieve maximum economic benefits.Aiming at the technical problems of improving the quality and efficiency of coal preparation plant slime,the paper added a three-product TPS coarse slime separator with higher separation accuracy to replace the original two-product TBS separator,and selected "One-stage flotation machine rough separation protection The flotation process of tailings,the two-stage cyclone micro-bubble flotation column selects and preserves the concentrate" replaces the original flotation machine's secondary flotation process.Research from the laboratory stage to the on-site industrial application commissioning process,explore in detail the utilization effect of the TPS coarse slime separator and the cyclonic micro-bubble flotation column in the slime upgrading transformation of Huipodi Coal Preparation Plant,for coal preparation The fine design of the plant slime recovery process provides reference and guidance.After this technical transformation,the separation accuracy and processing capacity of the coarse slime separation and flotation system have been improved.Among them,the ash content of coarse coal sludge is reduced by more than 1.0%,and the ash content of flotation clean coal is reduced by more than 1.5%,which is the same as the ash content of dense medium clean coal.The overflow of the fine magnetic tail cyclone and the medium coal magnetic tail cyclone overflow will all enter the float,and finally the ash content of the tail coal can be increased by 20%,reaching more than 75%,reaching the waste standard.On the premise of keeping the ash content of the comprehensive clean coal unchanged,the recovery rate of the comprehensive clean coal and mid-coal has been increased,and the annual profit increased by more than 9 million yuan.The paper has 41 pictures,41 tables,and 96 references.
