As tourism industry develops rapidly and people’s living standards improve, the tourism activities have made the transition from traditional sightseeing to deep cultural tourism experience. As important component in cultural experience tourism, tea culture tourism has become a new fashion of tourism, and got rapid development. Being one of the important routes of three gold tea culture tourism in the country, and Anxi tea culture tourism has initially formed the brand chartered with lucky landscape and rhyme Anxi tea. It obtains obvious internal advantage as well as good external development opportunities. However, there are still some problems that need to be addressed in Anxi tea culture tourism, for example, tea culture has less scenic spot, foundation facilities are relatively weak and lack of tea culture atmosphere, travel site content is not perfect, etc.Researching the status about tea culture tourism at home and abroad, based on the definition of tea culture, using the theory of experience economy tea culture tourism and other related concepts, the sustainable tourism development and the hierarchy of needs, making the combination of anxi tea culture tourism resources ’status, this thesis analyzes the quality situation and the development of anxi tea culture tourism by the SWOT method, which carries out empirical research and the recycling questionnaire of anxi tea culture tourism, and then put forward the strategies of the assending anxi tea culture tourism as follows. Intensity propaganda, establish the websites of anxi tea culture tourism, take advantages of the medias, such as the Internet and electronic business to expand tea culture market.Secondly, strengthen the training work of top talents, further development of human resources and import ideas and managers to improve the quality of tea culture tourism. Thirdly, deepen cultural connotations, exploit the advantages of Anxi tieguanyin tea,dig its traditional connotation and the characters of nowadays to highlight the taste of tea culture tourism. Fourthly, pay attention to the demand of passengers to develop more tea cultural products of different levels or functions, then meet the needs of all kinds of tourists.
