With the rapid development of global Marine aquaculture and fishery production inour country policy of continuous, demobilized mariculture has become China’s coastalprovinces (districts) of Marine economy pillar industry. The flourishing of seawateraquaculture, effectively adjust the coastal regional agricultural industrial structure,increase the farmers’ income, greatly promote the development of Marine economy.However, behind the vigorous development of mariculture, deep-seated contradictionsincreasingly intense, these problems include unreasonable mariculture brought by theendogenous pollution, external pollution, biological pollution and so on.Based on mariculture pollution launched a series of research, and put forwardpertinent Suggestions from the Angle of polycentric governance. The text includesfive chapters. The first chapter discusses the mariculture pollution and the connotationof polycentric governance theory, this chapter respectively pollution to Marineaquaculture and mariculture, defined the connotation of polycentric governancetheory are analyzed in detail and applied in the mariculture suitability. The secondchapter Outlines the present status of seawater aquaculture, and summarizes thepollution types of mariculture in detail, make foreshadowing for later pollutiontreatment. The third chapter is analysis the root cause of the mariculture pollution.Respectively from the government, policy, put forward their own lack of nationalconsciousness and insufficient. At the sametime, how to design a more perfect scientific and rigorous mariculture pollution indexsystem and quantitative each participation main body the practice of environmentalbehavior will become the direction of efforts to the further study.
