Underbalanced drilling is to point to in the process of drilling fluid column pressure and cycle back pressure is lower than the formation pore pressure; In the process of drilling, allowed within the reservoir fluid flow into the wellbore, laminar flow production experience with drilling fluid returns to the ground, the ground control system based on drilling liquid return, explain reservoir and control the whole process of drilling, the drilling process known as under-balanced drilling. Underbalanced drilling cycle process including basic circulation system and extracorporeal circulation system processes in the body. In this paper, design process simulation of extracorporeal circulation system, when the implementation cycle can not work normally, closed rotating blowout preventer bypass hydraulic valve flange connection, under extracorporeal circulation, the basic process is:supply system, the ground high pressure manifold, riser, inside drill, drill bits, annulus, blowout preventer four-way exports, throttle manifold, liquid gas separator, vibrating screen, oil separator, the supply system in vitro, the use of throttle manifold, wellhead pressure and bottom hole pressure control, the controlled release of oil and gas in well into the hole, After effective separation of extracorporeal circulation system, keep drilling fluid density, to pump into the borehole, continuous drilling.Underbalanced drilling simulation system experiment device is a kind of studying the process of under balanced drilling indoor equipment. The device is fully aware of situations of the under balanced drilling and combines with the actual demand and indoor research. The device with a-horizontal and a vertical simulation wellbore simulates the process of double shaft structure gas injection process of underbalanced drilling of layer. The simulation wellbore and drilling tools are based on the actual use of wellbore and drilling tools such as scaling. The simulation wellbore sets a transparent observation window and can take advantage of the high-speed camera to record flowing of the fluid in the wellbore. The simulation wellbore are installed an online density testing meter and can be a real-time detection of the fluid density in the wellbore. We finally predict the reasonable minimum operating voltage combining with the fluid flow pattern and the change of permeability of coal layer. The underbalanced drilling simulation system has the function of automatic control, process control, smart meters monitoring function, the function of computer monitoring. The system uses a multi-functional, integration design which can be used as a multifunctional drilling engineering parameter monitoring platform. The system possesses the drilling data acquisition, display, transmission, record; Underbalanced drilling pressure monitoring and control; Well control operation of oil and gas Wells:drilling parameter transfinite alarm, etc.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter discusses underbalanced drilling technology and its important role of the simulation system by the feature of underbalanced drilling technology and so on five aspects. The second chapter mainly introduces the concept of underbalanced drilling technology and underbalanced drilling technology’s advantages and disadvantages in the process of actual production. The third chapter introduced underbalanced drilling simulation system overall scheme design. The fourth chapter introduces underbalanced drilling simulation control system design in detail, this paper’s control system is divided into function control part and function of computer software. The fifth chapter introduces the underbalanced drilling system’s running situation and conclusion.
