With the development of China's oil and gas exploration to the sulfur formation,the harmful gas such as hydrogen sulphide in the deep oil and gas layer are found,cause a serious impediment to the exploration and development of this kind of formation.For sulfur formation,a highly efficient exploration and development technology is airtight underbalanced drilling technology,it can real-time tracking and evaluation to the under voltage window in the process of drilling,real-time control the under voltage value effectively,benefit for reservoir protection,ensure the safety of drilling.Currently the development of overseas airtight underbalanced system has been relatively mature,and has been extensively applied in many countries,but domestic study of airtight underbalanced drilling is still at the initial stage.In view of this,this article is based on the existing closed underbalanced drilling technology,and puts forward a set of remote real-time monitoring and dynamic control airtight underbalanced analysis technology,and obtained the following results:1.To the sulfur formation,a set of airtight underbalanced remote real-time monitoring and dynamic control system is designed and developed,integrating supporting airtight underbalanced drilling hardware system,realizing the safety monitoring to the wellsites hydrogen sulfide and real-time dynamic analysis of bottom hole pressure control in the process of the airtight underbalanced drilling,ensuring the security of the drilling;2.Based on airtight underbalanced drilling technology and matching equipment,a matched airtight underbalanced data acquisition system is designed and developed,which realizes the integrative synchronous acquisition and fusion of underbalanced drilling key parameters,gas logging data and wellhead back pressure monitoring data fusion.3.Based on 3G network and WCF technology,an airtight underbalanced remote data real-time transmission system is designed and developed,realizing the data synchronous sharing,remote monitoring and dynamic analysis between wellsites and base,reducing the cost of drilling development process,improving the efficiency of safety monitoring of drilling process,reducing the drilling risk.4.Combined with airtight underbalanced drilling hardware system and the data acquisition system designed and developed in this paper,formed the airtight underbalanced drilling real-time monitoring technology,the matching real-time monitoring software system is designed and developed,realizing the concentration of remote real-time monitoring and to the wellsites Hydrogen sulfide and control parameters,remote aided analysis of dynamic control.5.Based on airtight underbalanced drilling wellbore multiphase flow model,wellhead back pressure and drilling fluid displacement dynamic control model,and through research to the relationship between wellbore pressure and wellbore pressure control principle,forming a set of remote real-time dynamic monitoring and analysis technology for the airtight underbalanced drilling based on the ground measured data,integrating the hardware system,the airtight underbalanced drilling dynamic analysis and control software system is designed and developed,realizing the dynamic analysis and dynamic control to bottom hole pressure;6.According to the system scheme,and combined with the airtight underbalanced drilling hardware system,the architecture design of remote real-time monitoring system and control analysis system is finished.After completing integration and development of the system,a field application test in XX block X well was carried out,and the results show that the system can run in good condition,meeting the demand of remote safe real-time monitoring to the wellsites Hydrogen sulfide and Remote real-time monitoring and controlling to the bottom hole pressure in the process of airtight underbalanced drilling and reducing the drilling risk and cost.In this paper,an independent design and development of airtight underbalanced remote real-time monitoring and dynamic control analysis system is completed,The system achieves remote safe real-time monitoring to the wellsites Hydrogen sulfide and Remote real-time monitoring and controlling to the bottom hole pressure in the process of airtight underbalanced drilling and reducing the drilling accident,ensuring the safety of the drilling construction,and has important guiding significance and promotion value for enhancing the level of airtight underbalanced drilling in china.
