| In this paper, the component, physical and chemical properties of heavy oil wasanalyzed; The process conditions of molecular distillation separation system for heavy oilwas carried on experimental analysis and improvement; Distillation residue of wastelubricating oil develop gear oil technology were studied in the end.Aspen plus software is adopted to simulate the real boiling point of heavy oil andvarious physical property change of pseudocomponents. Four component method todetermine group composition of light component separated in the different moleculardistillation temperature of heavy oil. The results show that the separation efficiency wasincreased with the distillation temperature increment, as well as colloid and asphaltenecontent, and the saturates and aromatics content is reduced, so the oil density and viscosityare larger with the increase of the molecular distillation temperature.By pretreatment centrifuge and the subsidence of heavy oil, part of the mechanicalimpurity and asphaltene was removed, rheological property was improved, the viscositywas reduced by24.8%, sulfur content reduced by38.8%. Using molecular distillationexperiment device (10kg/h), the effect of distillation temperature, system pressure, feedspeed, preheat temperature and scraper speed on the yield and performance was analyzed.On the basis of single factor experiments, through the orthogonal experimentrange analysis and additional test, the optimum technology parameters that efficientlyaccess to heavy oil fractions was determined: distillation temperature236℃, the residualpressure11.0Pa, preheat temperature215℃, the feed rate of9.0kg/h, scraper speed130rmp.Adoptting molecular distillation separation heavy oil residue from abandonedlubricating oil to develop HVI150BS base oil. L-CKM220Open Gear Oil with excellentoxidation stability, anti-rust&anti-corrosion, anti-emulsification, anti-foam wasdeveloped by dropping30%of thickening agent,0.6%pour point agent,3.6%general gearcompound and3%sulfur phosphorus type extreme pressure anti-wear agent in the basedoil. Heavy oil residue, as waste for the molecular distillation process, is difficult to deal,was perapared to test gear oil, not only realize the waste recycling use, but also achievegood economic benefits. |
