Dioxin-like substances are one of the main pollutants in wasting incineration produced.During the generation process of dioxins, dioxin precursors, such as PCBz, PCPh, PAHs,PCBs etc is familiar to us, we called the above Dioxin-like previous compounds. The nature ofDioxin-like previous compounds is very similar to Dioxin-like substances, in addition, it is easy torealize on-line monitoring, so we usually detect the Dioxin-like previous compounds instead ofrealizing on-line monitoring Dioxin-like substances. In the previous compounds, PCBz is the mostcontent in the previous compounds of dioxin-like body, The coefficient of relevance is more than90%during PCBz and Dioxin-like products, so the dioxin-like substances detection is one of themain trending of the researching of on-line measurement of chlorobenzene, and evaluate the newdetection technology is also used chlorobenzene as samples.In paper, we create vacuum ultraviolet nanoseconds-ionization source-time of flight massspectrometer on my own to analyze and research Dioxin-like previous incarnations. We deal withsystem optimization for our apparatus in the paper, in order to improve the sensitivity anddetection limiting of the instrument, achieve better mass spectrometry picture. Mainly includes:the vacuum degree of instrument(4.2×10-5Pa), the inlet pressure of sample gas(0.11Mpa),accelerating voltage(2080V), the voltage of MCP(2100V), three times the frequency of gas poolXe/Ar ratio of1:10, under the above conditions, we get the sensitivity is the highest. One of Xe/Arratio optimization, we developed a method to rapidly monitor of naphthalene, chlorobenzene,chlorophenol and so on under the condition of gas phase. For the determination of chlorobenzenestandard sample, the5-100PPB range, using the above method obtained matrix ion concentrationand the signal strength have good linear relativity.
