| Dioxin is one of the persistent organic pollutants, because its chemical stability, it is hard to be biological degraded and decomposed by oxidation-reduction reaction and hydrolyzed. Once Dioxin gets into the ecosystem, it can be accumulated by natural deposition in air and water and the food chains, and it significantly magnifies the concentration of Dioxin in soil, water and organisms. Dioxin can be long-distance transferred through atmosphere circulation, it enters the human bodies mainly through aspiration, skin contact and food chains, and it accumulates into human tissue and organs. Because the acute toxicity carcinogenesis, it damages the immune and endocrine system and remarkably affects the human beings.This paper collected the documents and investigated the Dioxin pollution sites of Shaanxi Province. Discussed the production mechanism of Dioxin, proposed the emission reduction measurements. Meanwhile, based on the distribution of Dioxin pollution sites and discharge amount, suggested the main monitoring and control regions of Dioxin. Pointed at the wide Dioxin monitoring guidelines and poor operation characteristic, reviewed the domestic and foreign monitoring standard and documents, assisted by the instruments of The Northwest Environmental Dioxin Monitoring Center of China, established the integrated and localized Dioxin monitoring method from sample collection, pre-treatment and instrumental analysis. And utilized the most complicated burning gas as the feasibility test for this method. |
