Environmental protection has become a global common topic, with the rapiddevelopment of our economy, various provinces and cities is facing more and moreserious environmental pollution, therefore, environmental protection is urgent. SinceChangsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration has been approved for thecomprehensive reform pilot area of the resource-economical andenvironment-friendly society, that is two type society, the environmental pollution hasbecome the important restriction factor. Environmental protection has become theprimary task of changsha-zhuzhou-xiangtan urban agglomeration to construct the twotype society. Improving the executive ability of environmental policy can not onlypromote the speed of changzhutan to build the two type society, but also can create ahealthy living environment.
