High pressure airless spraying machine has the advantages of high efficiency, low and high operation paint mist spraying quality. It have been widely used in many fields, such as construction, automotive and container etc..In this paper, electric high-pressure airless spraying machine as the research object, the principle and structure of familiar with high-pressure airless spraying machine, the key part to have three:one is the motor, which provides power piston pump; two is the plunger pump, it realizes the suction and discharge coating; three is the hydraulic pump body, it is connected with the main body of all the hydraulic components, including reflux, unidirectional flow and filtration. And using FLUENT in supporting the modeling software GAMBIT to establish the simulation model of high pressure without nozzle gas spraying machine, then divide the grid into FLUENT for simulation test, rate of change observed the axis of the nozzle, the nozzle axis speed has been increased, leaving the nozzle at speeds of hundreds of meters per second, to meet the performance requirements of high pressure without gas spraying machine.In order to maximize high pressure without using gas spraying efficiency and rate of the coating machine, through the study on the atomization mechanism of the coating, the hydraulic pump body structure without gas spraying machine for high pressure was improved, the hydraulic pump is changed into two outlet, connecting the two gun, plunger pump a suction can achieve two gun work at the same time, and the internal flow field of FLUENT software for hydraulic pump were simulated and analyzed, the pressure and velocity at the outlet fluid that can meet the requirements of the spray paint. With this structure, the paint from the reflux valve back to the feed tube is greatly reduced, thus improving the efficiency of the plunger pump, but also can improve the spraying efficiency. |
