With the rapid development of society, oil demand is growing. Fracturing pump is an important equipment of oil and gas production, Fracturing pump develop gradually in the direction of high pressure, high power and large displacement. Under the condition of high pressure and high displacement, hydraulic parts of fracturing pump are prone to failure, will produce a direct impact on the oil production process. So, this paper conducts the fracturing pump hydraulic side key parts design, strength and fatigue analysis, optimization design and related research, have an important guiding significance on improving the strength and reliability of the hydraulic end parts. In this paper, research work mainly includes the following aspects.(1) Determine the hydraulic structure of the fracturing pump and the main structural parameters, respectively design the pump head, pump valve, the plunger and seal. Determine the pump head body structure into four perfect straight through hydraulic end, determine the diameter of the plunger pump head body cavity, the overall size of the wall thickness, paper the design principle of suction pump head body (discharge) cover hole and conical hole. Select cone valve as fracturing pump valve, in view of the pump valve, design and calculate the main structural parameters. Determine the plunger diameter, plunger connection, plunger material and plunger clearance, select seal type as V type seal, carry on the design of the v-shaped seal structure and the v-shaped sealing ring.(2) Establish the pump head body finite element model, for a cycle of6kinds of working condition, carry on finite element static strength analysis by ANSYS software, getting the pump head body stress distribution rule, putting forward the corresponding improvement measures. Based on the analysis of the finite element static strength of the pump head body, carry out fatigue analysis on the pump head body by FE-SAFE software, getting the fatigue life distribution of the pump head, putting forward some measures for improving fatigue strength. The valve seat and valve body is simplified to plane axial symmetric model, establish contact in both cone place, carry on the finite element static strength analysis, getting the stress distribution of the pump valve.(3) Setup single cylinder pump head body parameterized model by Pro/E software, importing to the ANSYS Workbench software for static strength analysis, on the basis of the static strength analysis, select lumen nozzle-vessel junction area radius and the diameter of the cylinder cavity as the design variables, select maximum stress as the target variables, carry on the optimization design. Based on the fundamental principle of VB to ANSYS secondary development, carry on the design of the pump head body and pump valve of hydraulic key components finite element analysis software.
