The production device in the oilfield is an important mechanical oil extraction equipment,and machinery production equipment inside the oil pumping machines accounted for morethan85%, so the pumping unit energy consumption in the oil field energy saving effect. Forthe balance of effect now pumping unit itself is not good, the installed power is too large,efficiency is not high, this kind of phenomenon, the balance beam pumping machine, therebyreducing the crank shaft gear box peak torque, reduce energy waste, reduce production costs,the final goal can make pumping production efficiency.In this paper, the design of the pumping unit differs from the previous pumping a sliderthat will be placed in the rear of the pumping beam, through the coordination of theļ¼Œsub-link,making the link with the pumping phase connection. Meanwhile,at the end of theinstallation of a pumping unit with variable torque balancing device similar to the slide, thebalance of the block placed on top of the rail.In addition. When the process is in motionstroke, through the regulation of the arm so that the balance of the block to swim the beammoves upward, and thus make sure to store potential energy, thereby eliminating theinfluence of the motor effects suffered by the negative work. When in the stroke state, it willalso make the regulation by arm previously stored potential energy can be released, so thatsucker and oil column will be enhanced, so that the process of movement up and down strokebalanced as possible. This design itself is not complicated and very reliable, easy futuremaintenance and processing.Starting with the6type beam pumping unit as samples, calculation of basic data of oilpumping machine, according to the pumping unit working status, research and analysis ofsuspended load, stroke, stroke and the selection of the motor power point oil pumpingmachine etc.. Study on the kinematic and dynamic parameters of pumping unit, draw out thetorque reducer output shaft of the crank shaft. Finally, simulate the balance beam pumpingmachine and6conventional beam pumping units, output shaft torque curve generation andcomparison of the two crank shaft, with output shaft torque peak lower dynamic balancepumping unit crank shaft, to run more smoothly.
