Aiming at the problems of crank balanced beam pumping unit such as the sharp fluctuation of the reducer output torque, the serious phenomenon of negative torque, the high energy consumption and so on, research of dynamic balanced beam pumping unit is proposed. According to the principle of variable torque a kind of beam dynamic balanced device is designed and researched, achieving the purpose of reducing the crank torque peak value and negative torque, improving the balancing effect and energy-saving operation of pumping unit.This article study the balancing effect of dynamic balanced beam pumping unit by the method combining theory with the indoor test. Take the CYJ10-3-37 HB pumping unit as research object, first establishing kinematics optimization analysis model of the dynamic balance linkage mechanism, to optimize the the dynamic balance linkage mechanism and determine the geometric parameters. Then establishing the virtual prototype simulation model of crank balanced beam pumping unit and dynamic balanced beam pumping unit to simulate and analyze their balancing effect. The results showed that after dynamic balanced the maximum value and root mean square value of crank shaft net torque and the negative torque were reduced, The curve of net crank torque is trend to gradual, and the balancing effect was improved. According to the analysis result that after dynamic balance the mass of balance weight was greatly reduced. The result shows that after dynamic balance the beam pumping unit system can achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.Establish the dynamic balanced beam pumping unit indoor test system and simulate the pumping unit test model. The test result shows that after dynamic balance the electric power of the pumping was reduced significantly. When the pumping unit speed are 3 min-1, 6 min-1, 9 min-1, the active power saving rates are 6.02%, 6.70% and 6.90%. Through comparing the data of indoor test and simulation, it shows that they are basically tallies, verifing the accuracy of the simulation model.The research results and conclusions of this article provide theoretical and practical foundation for the engineering application of dynamic balanced beam pumping unit.
