A Research On Land-use Change And Effects In Poyang Lake District Under The Ecological Construction

This paper selects Poyang lake district of Duchang county as the research area,using the2000,2005,2010three periods of remote sensing data, the integrated useof RS and GIS technology system,to comprehensively, objectively reflect ten yearsDuchang County Land Use/land cover change, and analysis of the driving effect ofthe changes of human activities and ecological construction factors on land use inmicro angle,.The analysis shows that:(1) In the Duchang County land use dynamic changes significantly, optimizingthe structure of land use, but the sustainable development of land use in Duchangcounty is still facing challenges. The land use change frequently in the Duchang. Inthe two periods of2000-2005years,and2005-2010years, the land use dynamicdegree reached30.18%and27%.In the ten years, the land use degree is reduced,land-use pressures eased, land desertification area reduced and the land use structuretend to be reasonable. The local land use based on the natural renewable andman-made recycled class. but the local lack of reserve land resources anddevelopment difficulties, the sustainable development of land remains to bestrengthened(2) Land use/land cover change brought a certain ecological, social andeconomic effects, and to promote sustainable development of the local. Decade thelocal vegetation coverage areas expands unceasingly, with a good class of vegetationcover and other excellent coverage class area continuously improve. From2000to2010increased the value of local ecological services12,751,100yuan, ecosystemservices has increased.Land use change have an impact on the local economy,industrial structure, the rural labor force, and the benefits of social and economichave improved.The relationship between ecological environment and socialeconomic effect in the process of Land change is basic coordination, mutualpromotion, but coordination remains to be strengthened.(3) In favor of local ecological improvement of human driving force was muchlarger than the effect of opposite driving forc to bring. The area of land use changetoward the direction of improving the ecological environment development.thedistance between rural households and sand hills, the degree of hazards of sandstorms, and agricultural land area are significant factors that affect land use changein that district. (4) The effect ecological construction in Duchang county is obvious, and otherregional desertification land of Poyang Lake should learn from this experience, suitone’s measures to local conditions, strengthening the ecological construction, topromote the sustainable development of Poyang Lake district.
