High speed CNC machining is an important part of the modern advanced manufacturing technology, high efficiency, high precision and high surface quality characteristics. High speed machining because of its high machining efficiency, good surface quality, cutting force and other excellent properties and is regarded as the advanced processing technology for modern science and technology. High speed rotary cylinder in high speed machining plays a key role, it provides the power for the power chuck, rod and piston moving axially through the internal connecting the drive power chuck clamping work piece. In this paper, the P24high speed rotary oil cylinder to the Hohhot the central group of pressure to upgrade the system design and analysis the internal and overall structure design,3D modeling software of SolidWorks is applied to P24-125high speed rotary cylinder assembly, collision and interference check; system simulation platform using AMESim hydraulic simulation software to create a high-speed rotating cylinder, simulation analysis of insurance pressure device of the cylinder. On this basis, puts emphasis on the study and analysis of the following:(1) The composition analysis of P24-125high speed rotary cylinder and basic structure; analysis of the high speed rotary cylinder in the static and dynamic, factors affecting the internal pressure maintaining equipment, provide the basis for the design of oil cylinder pressure device;(2) Application software SolidWorks and3D modeling the overall structure design of the cylinder, collision and assembly interference check, found that the overall structure of the zero interference, the design is reasonable and feasible; and finite element analysis is performed for the core components using the SolidWorks-Simulation, the oil cylinder can remove the redundant part, can further optimize the structure;(3)The system simulation platform was established using AMESim software simulation analysis of cylinder, cylinder pressure, analysis results show that the value of each element is displayed in accordance with the actual situation, pressure maintaining good performance;(4)Through the design and analysis, internal system upgrades to existing oil cylinder, add hydraulic lock is the pressure device, so as to improve the safety of high speed cutting process.
