With the constant development of machine tools in our country, the magazine also accompanied by moving forward. The magazine is a very important functional unit of Machining Center. Its function is fast, accurate send the Processing steps required tool to the tool change position according to the program issued a command processing center. Or receive program instructions to reset the elapsed tool. Tool change way of Machining center has robot tool changer and direct tool change. What this article Studies is no robotic tool changer magazine. Its tool change is through relative motion between the magazine and the spindle finish.This paper first introduces the concept and the present situation of the development of magazine.Secondly HSK63-32GZP type magazine as a study object. The working principle of the magazine is analyzed.Use Solidworks software to establish a three-dimensional model HSK63-32GP-type magazine.Mainly includes three parts: cutter assembly, axle assembly and bracket assembly; Using Solidworks Simulation function analysis the important parts of magazine. And on this basis to optimize the goal.Mainly analysis the clamping force of the magazine’s folder knife claw and the strength claw clip.Select magazine counterweight, analysis the relationship between the quality of the library information and spare parts.
