This article is based on ADAMS software,after reasonably simplified hanging type linear vibrating screen, establish the virtual prototype model of miniature linear vibrating screen. On the basis of the virtual prototype model, add particle model which simulation test required on behalf of the material particle, and set up contact model, one model is between the particles and particle and the other is between the particle and the screen body. Through the establishment of the contact model combined with the virtual prototype model, constitute the hanging type linear vibrating screen simulation analysis of the basic conditions required.In this paper, the object of study is hanging type linear vibrating screen, adopted the established virtual prototype simulation model to study and analysis four main parameters of vibrating screen(vibration force, spring stiffness, vibration frequency and vibrating direction angle)to the influence of particle stratification and through sieve probability. First,more granular materials group of the screening process is studied, simulation is used in multivariate analysis, with the percentage of particles through the sieve number to total grain number to represent the material through sieve rate. Analysis shows that the major parameters affect the material through sieve rate is vibration force and vibration frequency of the vibrator, and the vibrating direction angle and spring stiffness have a low impact.Then, through the establishment of linear vibrating sieve dynamics model,use ADAMS to simulation the model,simulation is used in single analysis,through the simulation analysis results four parameters(vibration force, spring stiffness, vibration frequency and vibrating direction angle)on the hanging type linear vibrating screen the influence law of velocity and acceleration.After that, by the method of orthogonal test, the virtual prototype model of the simulation calculation scheme for hanging type vibrating screen is design, nine different parameter combinations of the simulation model is established. By means of calculation and analysis the centroid trajectory of linear vibrating sieve, got the optimal parameter combination which can raise the working efficiency of linear vibrating screen, at this time can be more fully use the frequency of the exciting force, make the hanging type linear vibrating screen the optimal screening effect.Finally, use coupling analysis, find out which parameter combination can make the sieve screening efficiency and sieve rate to achieve the most effective result.
