The material has good transportation in the filling and middle segment but cumulates in the delivery end through the analysis of vibrating sieve bend application in cleaning plant. This directly affects screening efficiency of vibrating sieve bend. The research subject of new elliptical vibrating sieve bend is proposed combining with the elliptical motion which has the advantages of circular motion and linear motion.Two conclusions were obtained by motion analysis of single particle on the new elliptical vibrating sieve bend and drawing the constrained graph between particle velocity through the screen and grain diameter. First, the greater the sieve seam, the bigger the allowed speed of same diameter particles just through sieve and the more easily through the screen. Second, under the same conditions, the bigger the particle diameter, the smaller the allowed speed of particles just through sieve, that is to say, the allowed speed of larger particles through sieve is smaller than the allowed speed of small particles through sieve.The new elliptical vibrating sieve bend doing elliptical motion is verified by dynamic mechanical analysis of the new elliptical vibrating sieve bend, motion simulation of screen box with Simulink software and the actual measurement on experimental prototype with JCKB-1.0measure and control monitor. Vibration azimuth angle becomes small when phase difference angle becomes big by motion simulation with simulink. Vibration azimuth angle can be regulated by the law in the experiment and test regulative vibration azimuth angle and ovality to ensure the accuracy of parameter regulation. The system has two natural frequencies by dynamic mechanical analysis. The new elliptical vibrating sieve bend will occur resonance phenomenon when the excitation frequency is equal to or close to the two natural frequencies. The exciation frequency of new screen should be far greater than the two-natural frequencies to ensure the sieve working stable. Ansys software was carried out on modal analysis of screen box and determines the natural frequency and vibration mode of screen box to ensure that the test frequency is away from the natural frequency.The experimental prototype is developed in the laboratory. The optimal scheme of35°dip angle,1400r/min vibration time,60°vibrating azimuth angle, ovality4and 20%feed concentration is concluded by analyzing uniformity test data with SPSS software. The contrast test of circular trajectory and elliptical trajectory is accomplished under the condition of the optimal scheme. It is concluded that the dehydrating effect of the two trajectoris are not very big difference and the screening efficiency of elliptical trajectory prototype is higher by3.4%than the screening efficiency of circular trajectory prototype. At the same time, the increase of horizontal velocity solved tail material accumulation phenomenon.
