| In recent years,with the increasing of the depth of exploitation,the alluvium traversed by shaft in mine becoming thicker and thicker.to avoid the gushing process water phenomenon in melting stage of frozen wall in deep alluvium. So,the zhangji’s subsidiary shaft was taken as research object in this paper,stress analysis of shaft in melting stage of frozen wall in deep alluvium and study on the mechanism of grouting between shaft walls.The date of the measurement temperature holes in melting stage of frozen wall were used,compared with the different melting rate of soil mass,the results showed that the temperature the measurement holes changes with time curve can be use to fit power function,and the different melts frozen time than of soil mass were obtained.By using finite element analysis software ANSYS melting stage temperature filed numerical simulation,compared with the measurement date,get the results and the filed measured results were consistent,the average temperature and wall thickness of frozen shaft were obtained in the melting stage of frozen wall,and the average temperature of frozen can be used to fit power function.thought by use of the theoretical arithmetic,stress analysis of shaft in melting stage of frozen wall was studied,frist,the spatial model was established,according to the calculation formula of thickness wall cylinder, In the case of168m and318m, according to the stress of mine freezing shaft outer liner in melting stage,the axial and hoop stress changes with time curve of mine freezing shaft inter and outer liner lining were obtained,and the radial displacement changes with time curve of the shaft’s inter lining were also obtained.and based on the force monitoring results of the inner wall in a mine393m,the circumferential and vertical stress of the inner wall were calculated.Though study on the the mechanism of grouting between shaft walls,and according to the measurement status of grouting between shaft walls,the reason why the grouting’s results failure was analyzed,and according to the thawing characters of frozen wall in melting stage,the reasonable time of grouting between shaft walls was obtained,provides a reference for the determining of grouting between shaft walls. |
