The method of freezing is one of the effective methods for shaft sinking in deep alluvium.In the process of freezing shaft sinking,the deformation and deformation characteristics of the outer wall are related to the safety of shaft construction.Therefore,the mechanical characteristics of the outer wall of the frozen shaft in the extra thick alluvium are studied.The return air shaft of a mine in Huainan as the engineering background,through theoretical analysis,model test,numerical simulation method of combining the freezing shaft wall in uniform load and non-uniform load stress and deformation characteristics were studied.First of all,the paper obtained the freezing pressure of outer shaft wall in uniform and non-uniform mechanical properties of the frozen pressure;then,through similar model test,the external layer wall of uniform load,uneven load coefficient is 1.2 and 1.5 loading test case,obtained the strain and stress of the outer wall the mechanical properties of the outer wall of the value,in-depth research,and in the uneven load coefficient of ultimate bearing capacity of the outer wall 1.2 cases;finally,through numerical simulation of outer wall,the outer wall in the uniform load and non-uniform load coefficient for the stress values of 1.1,1.2,1.5,the outer wall of the bearing capacity and limit distribution characteristics were obtained,and compared with the experimental results.
