In the actual production process, many objective factors such as natural disasters, poweroutages, planned maintenance and repair of buried oil pipeline can be accident intermittenttransportation, even will cause the pipeline shutdown. After the shutdown, with the extensionof shutdown time, the tube temperature of crude oil is declining, restart when the requiredpressure. If shutdown time is too long, the tube temperature dropped to freezing point of crudeoil or wax crystal precipitation, restart pressure exceeds the pressure of the pump to providecap and so on, will cause problems start. Therefore, through to the daqing oil field productionof hot oil pipeline restarting a plant research, the safety of oil recovery factory in daqing oilfield, high efficiency, energy saving operation has important engineering significance.In this paper, aiming at the characteristics of crude oil in daqing oil field, to provide thefreezing point of crude oil, pump pressure cap, specified start time and the end of the pipeflow as constraint conditions, a of oil production in daqing oil field is established themathematical model of hot oil pipeline restarting, its corresponding numerical calculationmethod is given. Using VB6.0by use of language, compiled the "daqing oil field oil buriedhot oil pipeline restarting a plant calculation" software, and to the segment length pipeline asan example calculating the changes in temperature drop after shutdown and restart pressureand the safe shutdown time needed for different seasons.
