Liaohe Oilfield of China rich in high pour point oil, which is characterized by highfreezing point, wax content, viscosity, flow and poor,and it also has a special rheology. Tocarry out the delivery of this oil,oil flow in the pipeline there is not only the loss of pressurecan, but also heat loss. And these two aspects of the energy loss are interrelated and influenceeach other. It’s important to accurate understand the temperature drop and pressure dropduring normal operation of the pipeline. In the process of high pour point oil pipeline running,there are many inevitable nature disasters, such as oil power outages and pipelinemaintenance and so on. And it would cause hypercoagulable oil pipeline shutdown. Due tohigher the hypercoagulable oil wax content, shutdown for a period of time, the precipitationof wax in lower temperature form a sponge-like three-dimensional network structure, and ithas a higher coagulation point, he temperature can easily be reduced to the condensationpoint,the oil will gel,and cause the condensate pipe accident. In order to avoid accidents,pipeline safe operation of the high pour point oil pipeline characteristics of the high pourpoint oil pipeline as following:For example, the Liaohe Oilfield pipeline which is conveying high pour point oil, itestablish the physical and mathematical model of the normal operation of crude oil.And it’ssolved by using the Fluent software,it simulate the earth temperature field distribution in thenormal operation, it also analysis the axial temperature step-down drop. This data can be thetheoretical basis for the optimal operation of the pipeline。In the process of solving computing,it consider the nature of the crude oil varies with temperature changes, the rheology of thecrude oil obtained by experiment,analysis the oil with temperature variation. In the process ofshutdown,it establish the pipeline radial and axial temperature drop of the mathematicalmodel,it consider the shutdown temperature drop of oil wax crystallization latent heat;itanalysis the impact of radial and axial temperature drop of the influencing factors,we get themajor factors which affect the high pour point oil pipeline temperature。established a pipelinerestart model,And get the calculation of the pipeline to allow the minimum transmissioncapacity,and calculate the shutdown time which is needed to the restart pressure。...
