The relatively mature technology for heavy oil thermal recovery steam is huff and puffand steam flooding, steam is provided by the injection boiler. One of the most importantparameters for the steam is dryness of steam, steam dryness too low impact of heavy oilrecovery effect; steam dryness too high impact the safe operation of the boiler. Therefore, inorder to improve the recovery rate, improve the management level of the boiler, the steam isparticularly important, accurate, real-time online monitoring of. In this paper, from the impactof steam temperature, steam pressure, steam temperature, steam flow parameters such as thedegree of analysis and come to steam, steam volume changes of dryness changes, an artificialneural network model is established, combined with the soft measurement technology andphysical characteristics of the wet steam, preparation of the steam quality monitoring systemto achieve the steam dryness the purpose of monitoring, to ensure the safe operation of steaminjection boiler.Firstly, analyses the actual situation of the operation of steam injection boiler, summedup the causes of pipe explosion safety problems and boilers are presented, the importance ofon-line monitoring of steam. The volumechange of the steam dry degree detection method, established the dryness measurement modelbased on RBF neural network, and has been verified.Finally, the theoretical research into practical application, the development of steamdryness real-time detection system. A system for real-time detecting, recording the steamdryness, if dry steam exceeds the set range will be issued a warning signal, effectivelyensuring the safe operation of steam injection boiler.
