Petroleum mining machinery and equipment is the main oil pump.In theactual drilling process, because of the special working condition of pumping, themotor drives the most oil pumping machine is running at light load or no loadconditions, which makes the actual motor load rate is very low. How to efficientoperation of motor of pumping unit, the energy loss to a minimum, it is animportant research topic in oilfield industry can not escape. In this paper, neverchange the oil pumping unit motor ontology as the premise, the control methodfor motor of beam pumping unit on the relatively large, there is of realisticsignificance to save energy.First, through a large number of literature, summed up a lot of domestic andforeign to the energy-saving method for oil field motor, and analyzes theiradvantages and disadvantages. Secondly, from the three-phase asynchronousmotor oil pump is the most commonly used itself, when the load changes, thereason for the decline in the efficiency of the motor. And analyses the influenceof load change on the motor loss. Then the working principle of the siliconcontrolled thyristors and silicon controlled rectifier transformer makes deepanalysis to get trigger mode for the topic. Through the analysis of mechanicalproperties of silicon controlled rectifier transformer and motor with variable load,has been the core viewpoint of the article. Namely: according to the loaddisturbance, the use of silicon can be controlled in parallel to the controltransformer to achieve stable and efficient operation of a motor capable of real-time purposes. And on the energy-saving control system for a comprehensiveSimulink modeling and simulation. To prove the feasibility of this system bysimulation results. Finally, in the automatic control motor, so that it can be afoundation of stable and efficient operation, with C8051F130as the main controller for the design of hardware circuit. On the whole hardware controlsystem made more detailed introduction.The simulation results can prove that: By the parallel transformer thyristorcontrol and according to the oil field motor optimal load rate operation of thiscondition, so that the oil pumping motor even in disturbance load conditions, alsocan achieve stable economic operation purposes.
