As the core of the electrostatic precipitator system, the power supply has been the hot spot of international dedusting research. This article is based on the new amorphous magnetic material, high-power power electronic components, high performance digital signal processing chip. Aimed at the forefront of high-frequency electrostatic precipitator power research, the main contents are as follows:Firstly, this paper studied the basic principle of electrostatic precipitator and features, compared and analyzed the advantages of high-frequency electrostatic precipitator power. The overall design scheme of power supply circuit was studied and formulated. The topology structures of power circuit’s rectifier, filter and inverter were respectively investigated to develop the full bridge inverter circuit based on PWM pulse width modulation. The soft switch technology was also studied in view of the high-speed IGBT switching loss.Secondly, the core part of high-frequency electrostatic precipitator power, high-frequency transformer, was emphatically researched. The characteristics of amorphous magnetic core material and the traditional magnetic materials were compared and analyzed. The design principles and methods of amorphous transformer were given in this paper. It analyzed the main parameters leakage inductance and distributed capacitance of high-frequency transformer, and put forward the control method of transformer parasitic parameters. It developed high-frequency transformer equivalent circuit model, and applied series-parallel resonant inverter technology to optimize the whole experimental power circuit.The power control system introduced in this paper chose DSP digital chip as the core, including both hardware circuit and software signal processing circuit. The hardware part included a drive circuit, over-current protection, sampling circuit, signal modulation, optical isolators, and the study of spark detection.Finally, the spark control of electrostatic precipitator power load and the electromagnetic compatibility of power system were explored and analyzed. According to the characteristics of the electrostatic precipitator corona discharge and spark discharge and their influence on collection efficiency, it studied a three-stage best spark rate control algorithm based on using PWM signal to adjust the power output power; In terms of electromagnetic compatibility, it analyzed high-frequency power system interference sources, and interference suppression measures based on hardware and software were given.
