| With the development of industrial society,accompanied by air pollution and other environmental problems.One of the ways to control air pollution is by electrostatic precipitator,At present,most enterprises use electrostatic precipitator equipment based on thyristor power supply,For this kind of traditional electrostatic precipitator,there are many disadvantages,such as large output voltage ripple,slow response speed and low dust removal efficiency,improvement is particularly important.This subject uses the resonant soft switching principle,in order to reduce the impact of leakage inductance and distributed capacitance of high frequency transformer.The development of high frequency power supply based on PFM driving pulse has the advantages of small switching loss,fast response,high dust removal efficiency and so on.The purpose of this project is to design a high frequency power supply prototype.Firstly,the leakage inductance and the distributed capacitance of the high frequency transformer are equivalent to the main circuit,and obtain a new circuit topology.Then the topology of the circuit is analyzed,the working principle of soft switch in resonant circuit is studied and obtained the conditions of electronic components to meet the requirements of soft switching.The power model is established in the MATLAB/Simulink platform and carried out circuit simulation,the correctness of theoretical analysis is verified.Secondly,the paper designs IGBT main module circuit of high frequency power supply,the principle of spark control and optimal control rate is analyzed,and the software modules such as drive pulse generation and spark control are designed.Finally,the correctness of the design of the power supply control is verified by experiments.Finally,the overall design scheme of the high frequency power monitoring system is given.The high frequency power supply based on ARM processor,porting LWIP and UCOSII to ARM to build a multi thread Ethernet message transmission platform.The MODBUS/TCP protocol is used for real-time communication between embedded devices and IPC.And the MODBUS/TCP packets generated by the application layer are embedded into the TCP transmission message to realize the transmission of the MODBUS/TCP protocol on the Ethernet network.The upper computer is designed based on configuration software.Finally,the monitoring system for the high frequency power supply is developed,it can display the running status information,historical data and alarm information.By observing the actual operation of the equipment,it can meet the requirements of dust removal,which proves that it has certain practical value. |
