Ecosystem services are a manifestation of human demand and the degree of thedependence on ecosystems, and land is the carrier of various terrestrial ecosystems. If theterrestrial ecosystem has different land use structure and pattern, its service and value isdifferent. The change of the land use structure means to interfere the internal balancingmechanism of the terrestrial ecosystem, so that the uncertainty of the ecosystemserviceincreases. Studying the feedback mechanismbetween the land use structure andecosystem services is important for the promotion of regional ecological environmentalprotection and sustainable development. Therefore, this article take the Jiangxi as aexample, firstly, fixing the Xie’s accounting system on the value of ecosystem services, accounting for the value of the Jiangxi’s ecosystem services, and analyzing the relationshipbetween the land use changes and the value of ecological services’changes. Then by theanalysis of theland usestructure, building the ecosystem services index system based onland use zoning structure, in order the partition of Jiangxi’s ecosystem services. Finally, putforward the ecological construction management proposals and countermeasures forJiangxi. The article’s conclusions have:(1)1996-2005years, the5value of ecosystem services in Jiangxi Province from438.707billion Yuan, rose to439.460billion Yuan, an increase of753million Yuan, due tothe adjustment of land use structure in Jiangxi, implementation of returning farmland toforest policy.(2) In2010, the value of ecosystem services in Jiangxi is431.786billion Yuan, whereforests, water and farmland’s ecosystem service value was320.173billion Yuan,73.04billion Yuan and30.009billion Yuan, these three ecosystem service value accounting for98.02percent of the province. The highest value of ecosystem services is Ganzhou city(103.77billion Yuan), and the lowest was Xinyu City (7.055billion Yuan). The Jiangxi’secosystem services strength is25865.29Yuan/hm2, the highestecosystem servicesstrength is Jiujiang City(29644.97Yuan/hm2), and the minimum is Xinyu City (22323.42Yuan/hm2).(3) Significant differences exist over the land use structure in the north and the southof Jiangxi. From north to south, the diversity of land use type is decreasing, the extent ofuse of land continues to reduce, and the degree of equilibrium is weakening, and thedistribution of land use types tends to focus on.(4) According to the land use structure and functional characteristics of ecosystemservices in Jiangxi Province,11prefecture-level cities in Jiangxi can be divided into fourregions: The plain and hill ecological region of north Jiangxi Province, The hill and plainecological region of west Jiangxi, The mixed ecological region of central Jiangxi Province, and The Mountain and hill ecological Region of southern Jiangxi Province. Fourecosystem services show strength size as The plain and hill ecological regionof northJiangxi Province>The Mountain and hill ecological Region of southern JiangxiProvince>The mixed ecological region of central Jiangxi Province>The hill and plainecological region of west Jiangxi(5) Jiangxi major ecological management should pay attention to the following points:The plain and hill ecological region of north Jiangxi Province should strengthen theprotection of wetlands and waterways; The hill and plain ecological region of west Jiangxishould pay attention to the ecological matrix and the development of green industry; Themixed ecological region of central Jiangxi Province should pay attention to the artificialecological system and natural environment; The Mountain and hill ecological region ofsouthern Jiangxi Province should strengthen the forest ecological system, and acceleratethe development of ecological tourism.
