The project in this thesis is not only an important subproject of the major project of shanxi province " Research on Technical Equipment of Full-automatic Domestic Unattended Fully Mechanized Coal Face"(NO.:20111101024), but also an important part of national and international scientific and technological cooperation in special projects "Development on the Control System of Electronic-Hydraulic Used in Hydraulic Support Unattended Fully Mechanized Coal Face "(NO.:2013DFA70750).It is proposed for how to improve the level of automation in control system of electronic-hydraulic used in hydraulic support fully mechanized coal face.Combined with the process and requirements of fully mechanized coal face, the control strategy based on the terminal controller was constituted to improve the automation degree of coal face as well as realizing the goal of unattended fully mechanized coal face.The centralized control system of the terminal controller for hydraulic support based on double RS485buses was developed, which has been passed the laboratory testing and debugging and has been input to the application of the fully mechanized coal face demonstration for Gushuyuan coal mine of Jincheng anthracite mining group. Through tested in the actual production, the system was able to meet the design requirement and the production requirements of fully mechanized mining automation. In addition, the system could finish parameter remote acquisition, transmission and storage of the hydraulic support, as well as realize fault forecast and diagnosis, and realize the centralized control. The mainly research works are showed as follows:The current development trend of unattended fully mechanized coal mining face is deeply analyzed on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature and site investigation. The structure and function of remote control system of electronic-hydraulic terminal controller used in unattended fully mechanized coal face are determined which colligated control methods and operating procedures of various unattended fully mechanized coal mining face. The whole control system is composed by an upper computer, the two terminal controllers and numerous hydraulic support controller. The remote control of the hydraulic support is realized by the terminal controller with the assistant of the upper computer and hydraulic support controller according to the acquisition of the operating parameters of unattended fully mechanized coal mining face.Mechanized mining face on-site control was analysised and on the basis of monitoring the operating parameters of the hydraulic props, we built a remote control system of the time threshold parameter threshold to control the end of the first controller. Experiments confirmed the reliability and accuracy of this method and laid a theoretical foundation for the unattended face hydraulic support terminal controller remote control system.On the basis of the full consideration to the requirements of coal for electrical equipment, it designs hardware circuit based on the micro controller C8051F020as CPU system.The terminal controller hardware system including: the power supply circuit with the core of BAT033T and BAT05T level conversion chip, the display circuit with the core of LCD module (MS12864R),the5×8keyboard extension circuit with the core of the intrinsically safe keyboard (TY-40).the the serial communications circuits with the core of MAX485chip. The above hardware systems ensure that the end of the first controller has interactive features and can be connected to the controlled device.According to procedure service type, it is divided into the primary service temperament procedures and application functions temperament program. The primary service temperament programs include:The keyboard scanning subroutine, the RS485communication subroutine, the LCD subroutine, and the fault alarm subroutine; The applications subroutine, including single-action control subroutine, a set of motion control subroutine, the online software upgrade subroutine, parameter display and modify subroutine, and the addressing subroutine, encryption subroutine and modify password subroutine.Hardware testing and software debugging of the developed system were finished in the laboratories, and the system has been taken to Coal Science Research Institute of Chongqing for the performance test. The result shows that all the indexes of the system meet the needs of coal mine safety production standards, and achieved the expected design requirements. The system was debugged in Jinding hydraulic support workshop of Jincheng anthracite mining group. The results showed that the communication of the terminal controller, the PC, and the hydraulic support controller was stable, and the centralized control could be accurately performed according to the position of the shearer. The action of the hydraulic support was accurate. The terminal controller could finish fault warning and diagnosis during the control process and upload the data to the explosion proof computer. In addition, the communication was of good real-time characteristics and the system has reached the automatic control predetermined target of control system of electronic-hydraulic for the hydraulic support in the fully mechanized coal face. Furthermore, the system has been put into use of fully mechanized coal face of Gushuyuan coal mine for Jincheng anthracite mining group, and the running results showed that the, communication was stable and the system was of good function, which could meet the actual production requirements and have laid a solid foundation for the establishment of automatic fully mechanized coal face.
