Hydraulic support is an important equipment for integrated mining work surface,which is used to support and control the top plate of the quarry.In order to realize the intelligent,informatized and less humanized production demand of the comprehensive mining work surface,it is necessary to carry out intelligent control of the hydraulic support.The performance of hydraulic support controller in the intelligent control system of hydraulic support directly affects the safety and production efficiency of the integrated mining work surface.First of all,the thesis analyzes the hydraulic support process of the integrated mining work surface and clarifies the control requirements of the hydraulic support controller.On this basis,the design of STM32F103 chip as the core of the hydraulic support controller,CAN bus-based communication-based hydraulic support electrolyte control system,the main research results are as follows:(1)The hydraulic support process of the comprehensive mining work surface is studied,and a control requirement model of the hydraulic support electro-hydraulic controller is established.(2)The hydraulic support electro-hydraulic controller human-machine interface operator panel,hardware,software design,hardware including switching volume input/output signal circuit,A/D sample power circuit,CAN communication circuit,keyboard circuit and display circuit,software including hydraulic support unit,group and auxiliary control process.(3)The static and dynamic CAN bus communication network design is carried out on the hydraulic support electrolytic control system,which enhances the real-time execution of higher priority control instructions such as emergency stop locking and adjacent frame control,and ensures the safety and reliability of hydraulic support electrolytic control system.(4)The hydraulic support electro-hydraulic controller and electro-hydraulic control system are tested and tested,including key test,sensor data test,emergency stop lock test,parameter setting test,adjacent frame control test,group control test,etc.,and the control functions of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic controller and control system are verified.The hydraulic support electro-hydraulic controller and electro-hydraulic control system designed and developed in the thesis show that the hydraulic support electro-hydraulic controller can meet the requirements of hydraulic support process control,improve the intelligent level of hydraulic support control,and is of great significance to promote the intelligent,informatized and less humanized mining of the integrated mining work surface.
