Mining rubber tire vehicle as a kind of auxiliary transportation vehicles is used for underground. With the development of mining technology, mining rubber tire vehicle transportation becomes one of the current underground advanced auxiliary transportation modes. The front working brake as an important part of rubber tire vehicle, whose performance has a direct influence on the safety of mining rubber tire vehicle. So the study of the front working brake performance for the brake has important significance.This subject is based on the WqC6type front working brake mining rubber tire as the object of study, this front working brake Using the wet friction working brake. In the process of vehicle braking, on some of the data in the braking has carried on calculation and analysis in theory. According to the known braking condition of type WqC6rubber tire vehicle braking condition, and rubber tire vehicle general technical requirements:such as gravity5000kg and load6000kg; the speed of20km/h and maximum braking distance8000mm; the wheel radius372mm etc, theoretic calculate the braking time and braking torque, speed reduction and so on.On the basis of theoretical analysis, the first use three-dimensional software UG to establish accurate model of vehicle and tire vehicle brakes and complete the assembly of the parts, then use three-dimensional model dynamics software ADAMS to add constraints and loads to the brakes of vehicle and establish a virtual prototyping model, respectively simulate braking process of vehicle and brakes, get the vehicle speed, total travel distance, vehicle acceleration curve. Last use analysis software ANSYS to analysis key components of brakes.This topic research mainly from the following several aspects.1.Study the structure and working principle of disc brake,Set up a three-dimensional model and properly assembly of parts of brake. Model and simulation analysis software achieve a perfect combination.2.Simulation analysis was carried out on the whole vehicle model of the rubber tire vehicle,and take the analysis results compare with the theoretical calculation, which can verify the correctness of the simulation analysis results.3.Respectively make simulation analysis on Different logarithmic of friction pair of the brake, According to the analysis result, choose6as the reasonable logarithm of friction pair.4.According to compute the axial compression force on the piston, and stress analysis was carried out on the piston and static shell. Analysis results show that the maximum stress strain of the piston occurred in the internal seal groove, and the maximum stress and strain of the static shell occurred in spline connection.5.Modal analysis was carried out on some parts of the brake, the natural frequency and vibration type of cloud of the key components was received.6.Temperature field analysis was carried out on the friction plate. When braking friction plate temperature distribution and friction heat flow density figure was received, The results show that the wet brake lining temperature distribution is more uniform, and heat conduction in good condition, which can verify the rationality of the design.
