| Long-term continuous mining has leaded to the depletion of high-quality mineral resource in shallow, and the resource exploitation, as a result, is shifting to deep, remote, poor mineral resource. Aerhada mine is located in Neimeng province where the eco-system is frail and the natural conditions are below the average. Therefore, conducting a study on environmental friendly excavation in this area, striving for better economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits has profound significance. In order to probe the effective environmental amicably mining technology, the research on mining method and comprehensive safeguard measures was conducted with the main achievements as follows:According to the analysis of geological engineering conditions in mining and natural environmental conditions, and the evaluation of applicability of current scheme, the backfilling method, as a primary scheme, was proposed.A series of experiments concerning to rock mechanical parameters and backfilling ratio about Aerhada mine were conducted so as to obtain basic parameters of scheme design and relatively ideal backfilling radio.According to the characteristics of Aerhada ore body, three practicable mining schemes were put forward, and the upward horizontal cut and fill stoping method as the best scheme was selected by catastrophe theory. Upward drift stoping with backfilling as alternative was designed to improve the adaptation of the scheme before the optimization of stope structure parameters and schematic designing. Another proposal to deal with the variable characteristic of the ore body is combination scheme.The measures of antifreezing and keeping warm and strategies of waste rock filling and conservation of oil and water were recommended in the end. The theoretical calculation proves that the selected scheme is capable of good economic benefits, and "green mines would" be carried out, combining related measure. |
