| The development of new mobile forepoling hydraulic support is suiTab for supporting gateway roof of mechanized working face. Stepping forepoling is generally used in mechanized mining gateway. These stents support the roof repeatedly in the process of moving and cause the crushing of the roofs. The new mobile forepoling hydraulic support brings new pressure supporting technology to the roof beams of mobile forepoling hydraulic support, and the top beam tracks scroll forward with the movement of travelling mechanism. It can thoroughly solve the broken problem of the gateway roof and is of great significance to the safe production of coal mine.This paper ensure the supporting the form of the stents, driving scheme and the shoes size through consulting a large number of related information, field investigation and different scheme coMParison. Modeling3D solid model of the new mobile mechanism and analyzing the strength of key structure is to make sure reliable operation. It is concluded that the draw gear hydraulic cylinder drive can meet the requirements of the stents better and make the stents to the best use in underground mines through dynamics analysis using Adams. The conclusions provide theoretical foundation for the development of the new mobile forepoling hydraulic support. |
