The Prominent problems are high energy consuming, high water draining, serious pollution. The significant question facing all of the researchers is how to realize energy saving, water saving, draining decreasing, pollution reducing and promoting the technique and fixing of this industry.Pulp cleaning production process and technique, the relation between Characteristic and the microcosmic structure of new products, the correlation technique of realizing energy saving, water saving, draining decreasing by the analysis of materials and energy are all discussed in this paper. The basic for new pulp theory is established.High temperature alkaline pulp is still being used in domestic cotton cellulose production plant. The temperature can reach160℃, and the process will get0.7MPa. The basis reason of the wastewater birthing is the lignin color structure forming in pulp process. The water use can reach240t/t cotton, and the alkaline use can be34kg NaOH/t cotton, the Electricity will be1400kw per ten thousand cotton, the cost of wastewater treatment will be2.0yuan per ton. Catalyzing high concentration pulp experiment is the most important point in this paper.The material-liquid ratio decreases from3.8:1to3.2:1, the alkalinity gets down from34g/L to32g/L, the high temperature reduces130℃from160℃, the heat preservation time shortens to90min from120min, and whole pulp time will be140min from230min and the whole waste can reduce70%under the national standard.461,000t/a will be saved in a cotton plant which can produce10,000t products per year.The lower alkali DP, material-liquid ratio from3.8:1to2.4:1, alkalinity from34g/L to25g/L, the alkali gain ratio from1%to5%, and the70%reduce ratio can be realized by the use of high concentration, advanced oxidation and catalyzing pulp. The wastewater draining can decrease5,600,000kg/a in a10,000t/a products plant.998,833t/a.Both of the short pulp time and low pulp temperature can be realized by high concentration, advanced oxidation and catalyzing technique. The catalyzing time will be300s and the catalyzing temperature will be lower than100℃by the use of new technique. The DP will get to1100-1200from2400-2600.The crystallinity, COD decreased ratio will be down when the catalyzing time delays. And that means the destroy of indicant bond of cellulose and the chaos grade increases when the catalyzing time delays.The essential reason of indicant bond destroying, DP falling down evidently, crystallintiy decreasing, pollution getting down, pulp time shorting are the high concentration, hydroxyl free radical oxidation, catalyzing technique.The display of high concentration, catalyzing, and oxidation pulp experiment establishes the basic for the industrial product.The next step should be researching on the react characteristic of the new cotton, meanwhile the technical achievement using on the industrial production should be Coordination of the fixing and auto instruments, and finally we can do something for the energy saving, water saving and draining decreasing of this industry.
