| The textured feature in steel surface and roll surface affects the formability, coatingand gloss of it. In order to study and analyse the textured steel, the three-dimensionmorphology of textured steel is needed. The evaluation parameters of steel must be able torepresent the morphology of texturing point. Two-dimensional parameters can not meetthe requirements and three-dimensional parameters is introduced. In this paper, twotask is completed. One is the designing of a three-dimension morphology profiler whichcan be use to measure the tuxtered steel and roll. Anather is the formulation of the ratingsystem of textured steel.The contact three-dimension morphology profiler is based on the laser interferometerlength measuring principle. Using two-dimension worktable, it can do dimensional motionto scan the surface of steel and roll. Microscopic imaging is added in the profiler toobserve the feature of steel morphology.By connecting FPGA chip and Cy7c68013A chip,the data acquisition card based on USB interface is completed. Its function is to drivestepper motor and acquisition measuring signal. The using of USB interface is to meet theportable requirement.The textured feature in steel surface affects the function of it.Three-dimension parameters can be use to analyse the function of textured steel withspecific surface morphology. The rating software has been writed to calculate theseparameters.In the final chapter, the experiment of measuring four textured steel is done. Bycalculating the three-dimension parameters of the four steel, the differences andsimilarities between the four steel have been explanted. |
